Project Administrator
Job Description
As a team player, you will provide administrative support to the operation team.
● Involve in tender process. Prepare tender documents and arrange for submission
● Prepare quotation, purchase order using ERP software
● Source for material and negotiate the best price
● Liaise with owners/ consultants/ subcontractor/ suppliers etc. for project coordination work
● Application and submission of document to government agencies
● Assist Engineer to prepare site progress report for clients
● Read through contract or Letter of Award and prepare necessary document, such as
purchase of insurance bond etc.
● Monitor and submit monthly progress claim to client and update claim progress file
● Handle co-ordination work, provide general office support etc
● Gather material catalogue and collate the Operating and Maintenance manual file
● Any other tasks as assigned
