Job Description

  • LISTED Company
  • Basic  $ 2000 to $ 2800 + Performance Bonus
  • Working location: AMK
  • Normal Working Hours: 8:30am to 6pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administrative matters for Project Division such as Submission of Progress report, documentation control and travel arrangement and etc
  • Staff related matters, i.e., Staff claims, leave and etc
  • Track and follow through the Purchasing Process and logistics matters
  • Schedule regular meetings and record decision (e.g. assigned tasks and etc)
  • To coordinate all work process / tasks for the division
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned 

Requirements:

  • O Levels or Diploma or equivalent  
  • 1 to 2 years of Project Admin / Admin or relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
