Job Description

Job Summary

Provide all administrative support to the public programs. The portfolio of tasks include handling general enquiries, registration, refreshment and logistics arrangement, preparation of certificates, compilation of evaluation, database entry, follow up invoicing with finance team.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming calls and online enquiries for Executive Development Services public progams
  • Manage administration duties for all public programs such as managing registration, confirmation or cancellation communications with trainers and participants
  • Co-ordination of F&B ordering and venue bookings
  • Training materials print production and delivery
  • Administrating facilities and room set-up/tear down for all public programs
  • Prepare name list, attendance and certificates for participants
  • Compile evaluation summary and reports
  • Liaise with Finance team on invoicing & SDF grants related matters
  • To assist to follow-up on outstanding payments
  • Answering to all public programs incoming queries through portals, emails and phone calls
  • To conduct telesales with past participants of public programs in generating leads
  • Ability to network with participants and gained feedback
  • SDF paperwork submissions for approval
  • Any other tasks assigned


  • At least a Diploma with minimum 2 years of programs management experience in private education institution, Training or L&D department.
  • Meticulous and Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Pleasant personality and customer-oriented
  • A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
