Job Description

Responsibilities

Administer appointment of associates
Assist to prepare proposals, logistics and materials for assessment centres and development workshops
Coordinate and manage the delivery of assessment centres and development workshops
Consolidate post-program evaluation
Prepare invoice to clients
Provide administrative support to consultants

Requirements

Possess minimum a Bachelor Degree preferably in Business Administration / Business Management / Human Resource / Psychology
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
Proficient in English language (both written and spoken)
Meticulous, attention to detail and well organised
Strong adaptability, execution, problem solving and time management skills
Able to perform under tight deadline and pressure
Able to work with all levels of people
Able to travel overseas for up to five days whenever required
