About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

Personal Financial Services

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities

Curate, oversee and manage the overall customers’ and sellers’ campaigns and events within the retail bank for the bancassurance business.

Manage the slew of sellers’ incentive campaigns from beginning to end, designing to fulfilment phase. The candidate will be required to work closely with our insurance partners, drive adoption and participation of campaigns on the ground for sellers, align with stakeholders on the overall strategies behind the campaigns meant to uplift the business. On the customer aspect, the candidate needs to strategize, manage the different lines of events such as roadshows and seminars, work with partners from both UOB and Prudential marketing to craft out competitive customer marketing and gifting campaigns to capture market share in a cost effective manner.
