Production Technician x5 (Shift / Up to $2400 / Joo Koon)

√ Industry: Manufacturing MNC
√ Location: Joo Koon
√ Working Hours: 12 hours rotating shifts for 3-4 days' work week ( 7.20am to 7.30pm/ 7.20pm to 7.30am ) 

√ Good Remuneration Package

Responsibilities:

• Set up mold and assist in machine set up for sample build
• Maintain all production machines, equipment, instrument, jigs and fixtures
• Assist in mold testing
• Set up new process parameters
• Monitor the operating condition when machines are running
• Maximize machine utilization by reducing downtime
• Troubleshoot and repair all machines and equipment immediately once machine break down
• Adhere and comply with cGMP requirement in production area

Requirements:

• NITEC in Precision Engineering, Plastics Injection Molding or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 1 year experience in Plastic Injestion Molding/ setting up and troubleshooting of injection molding parameter
• Comfortable with 12 hours rotating shift hours
