Production Supervisor

Job Title；Production Supervisor

Location: Tuas

Working Day：Monday - Thursday

Working Hours: 12 hours rotating shift 

Salary : up to $2400

Job Duties:

• Provide input to Production Manager concerning yearly forecast for improvement of production efficiency, cost saving, waste reduction as well as project planning.
• Responsible to confer with management or subordinates to resolve workers problems complaints or grievances.
• Direct and coordinate the activities of employees for daily routine production schedule, product quantity target, machine breakdown report, raw material control and packing schedule on time to meet customer requirements as well as meet company goal.
• Demonstrate equipment operations and work and safety procedures to new employees or assign employees to experienced workers for training.
• Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules and other records and report to determine production requirements and production sequences to meet production goals.

Job Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to support OT
• Able to work independently
