Job Title: Production Supervisor(BFS)

Location: Tuas

Working Day: Monday - Thursday

Working Hours: 12 hours rotating shift

Salary : up to $2400

Job Duties:

• Responsible to confer with management or subordinate to resolve worker problems complaints or grievances.
• Direct and coordinate the activities of employees for daily routine for machine schedule, product quantity target, machine breakdown report and to meet customer requirements as well as meet company goal.
• Demonstrate equipment operations and work and safety procedures to new employees or assign employees to experienced workers for training.
• Read and analyze machine patterns, production schedules and other relevant report to determine production requirements and production sequences to meet production goals.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in any field with minimum of 1 - 3 years supervisory experience in production.
• Strong leadership command and good interpersonal skill.
• Knowledge in planning is advantage.
