Job Scope:

• Ensure all employees comply with industry standard health and safety guidelines.
• Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity.
• Plan, schedule and perform activities with the team.
• Investigate production issues and develop resolutions.
• Oversee workforce of employees in the manufacturing department.
• Monitor production activities and adjust schedules for on-time delivery.
• Manage the smooth and efficient manufacturing of goods.
• Communicate with corresponding marketing and sales teams and plan the route and timetable for the product fulfilment.
• Determining quality control standards.
• Maintain and submit monthly production report to management.
• Improve production capacity and minimize wastages.
• Oversee, monitor, and direct coordination and maintenance of equipment, vehicles and warehouse. 
• Perform inventory cycle count, monthly count, and annual count.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
• In-depth knowledge of production management, risk management, and safety regulations.
• Excellent organization, time management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage a team efficiently and effectively.
