Job Description:

• Ensure all employees comply with industry standard health and safety guidelines
• Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity
• Plan, schedule and perform activities with the team
• Investigate production issues and develop resolutions
• Oversee workforce of employees in the manufacturing department
• Monitor production activities and adjust schedules for on-time delivery
• Manage the smooth and efficient manufacturing of goods
• Communicate with corresponding marketing and sales teams and plan the route and timetable for the product fulfilment
• Determining quality control standards
• Maintain and submit monthly production report to management
• Improve production capacity and minimize wastages
• Oversee, monitor, and direct coordination and maintenance of equipment, vehicles and warehouse
• Perform inventory cycle count, monthly count, and annual count
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
• In-depth knowledge of production management, risk management, and safety regulations
• Excellent organization, time management, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage a team efficiently and effectively
• Lean Six Sigma Manufacturing Experience
