Production Manager (Assembly) Changi | Manufacturing | Up to $5,500
Job Description
- Working Location: Changi | Mon Fri (8.15AM to 6.00PM)
- Salary Range: Up to $5,500 or more, depending on qualification and years of experience
• Familiar with SPC / Gage R&R / DOE / BOM
• Possess ERP knowledge
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of Assembly Technicians and Engineers
• Handle the cost efficiency, quality and safety throughout the manufacturing process
• Develop and maintain Manufacturing operations business plan to include all program requirements, labour hours, cycles, production costs, to ensure that all established costs, quality and delivery commitments are met
• Setting up production goals and meeting target dates, completing paperwork daily related to the assembly line, and communicating with other departments
• Identify problem solving and improvement projects, establish targets, organize resources, define technical requirements and develop plans to achieve costs and quality objective
• Review production and operating reports
• Generate weekly and monthly reports as requested
• Support customer audits as and when required
• Enhanced safety and quality programs to exceed company standards
Job Requirement:
• Ability to work independently and a good team player
• ERP knowledge
• Technical Drawing BOM
• Familiar with SPC, Gage R&R and DOE
• Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Meticulous with high accuracy in work submitted
