Production Engineer - Stamp Exp - Mfrg - Joo Koon

Responsibilities

• Manage the production team to ensure consistent output and quality
• Work closely with Engineering, Die Maintenance, and Stamping to ensure production runs smoothly according to plan
• Achieve set KPIs in accordance to Good Manufacturing Practice standards, Health and Safety standards
• Study on overall production, process and operations to improve the effective use of materials, equipment and other resources
• Identify and resolve process-related issues and make recommendation for continuous improvement
• Compile data and generate technical reports for management review
• Provide technical guidance, coaching and training to workers, technicians and other production personnel

Requirements

Possess min. ITE/Diploma/Degree in Electronics/Mechatronics/Mechanical/Precision

Engineering

• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 3 years in a senior supervisory role

• Good knowledge in Precision Engineering/Stamping tool design

• Preferably with 1-2 years experience in metal stamping product manufacturing environment
