Job Description

  • Working on Nemo Business Line products’ technical support in APAC region
  • Post-Sales support including:
    • Customer training
    • Hardware and software installation
    • Tracking of customer problem tickets
    • Technical analysis
  • Also Pre-Sales activities such as:
    • Product demonstration and presentation
    • Product trials
  • Assisting in preparation of technical compliance statements for customer RFI's and RFQ's
  • Training and supporting Nemo representatives’ technical support staff in APAC region
  • Providing in-depth back-office and on-site technical support
  • Effective problem solving with regards to Nemo products for end-users
  • Testing of Nemo products’ new releases
  • Other tasks as assigned

Job Qualifications

  • General knowledge of the following technologies:
    • GSM/GPRS/EDGE, CDMA, WCDMA/HSPA, CDMA, LTE preferred
  • General cellular system air interface signaling knowledge preferred
  • Radio network planning and optimization experience preferred
  • Academic RF background preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems in a customer's environment
  • Flexibility to react quickly in a fast-paced and fluid environment
  • Ability to learn quickly and understand complex concepts
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Good English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Fresh graduates with relevant education background is encourage to apply.
