Job Description


Join the team in building our Just Produce brand, raise awareness & drive demand of fresh, locally-grown produce in Singapore & the region. You will be part of the business development team to generate demand & achieve sales targets. The team is responsible for developing & executing sales & marketing plans, listing with retailers & working with distribution partners, branding & marketing campaigns including social media for new & existing product initiatives. This role focuses on client acquisition & account management, communicating our product specifications & benefits to customers, providing feedback to the team on how to improve our products & go-to-market efforts.



  • Responsible for prospecting, qualifying & selling to new clients or platforms
  • Develop & manage key accounts by conducting sales visits and products presentation
  • Handle customer enquiries & quality issues as well as solve problems that arise from customer orders
  • Establishing & building good relationships with the existing customers & develop new relationships with new prospective clients 
  • Update & educate new product launches & promotions to customers & prospects
  • Define, develop & manage sales strategies to attain sales targets
  • Managing & mapping sales process by organising, updating & keeping track of prospects
  • Generating sales projections & ensures that revenue targets are met or exceeded annually for individual or team
  • Interface with operations to communicate customer needs & secure fulfillment on the grower side of the business to enhance the achievement of overall sales efforts



  • At least 1 year of experience in Sales or Business Development
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese as require to handle English & Chinese speaking customer complaints & quality issues as well as solve problems that arise from English & Chinese speaking customer orders
  • Possess a customer-centric mindset with an approachable personality
  • Posseses creativity, is resourceful & a strong team player
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with key accounts
  • Able to work in a fast-paced & dynamic environment
  • Able to multi-task in a demanding & fast paced environment & work independently
  • Able to communicate well & articulate the value of our products to customers
  • Highly organised to keep track of leads, to follow up & close them


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in fresh produce, food or ingredient sales
  • Possess a Class 3 driving license
