As a product owner, you will play a key role in shaping our Digital Bank and will be the person ultimately responsible for the final product. You are not afraid of making tough decisions, backing them up and owning the results. You will work closely with multiple talented teams from across the bank to understand customer needs and collaborate with the Design and Development teams to distill complex ideas down to an intuitive and simple customer-facing experience. Ultimately, your responsibility is to help create the best Digital Bank in the world, all else is secondary.


• Defining and locking down product requirements both for customer-facing and internal-user facing features.
• Communicating and getting buy-in from internal stakeholders.
• Collaborating with the UI / UX team to define the customer journey and experience for your product.
• Collaborating with the development team to facilitate the execution of the requirements and defined customer experience.
• Collaborating with Marketing, Compliance, Legal and process team to get the product ready for launch.

Key Measurables:
Work with all Product Owners to ensure at least a 4 out of 5 rating for the Digital Bank application.
  • Uncompromisingly customer-oriented. You always think from the customer’s perspective and won’t allow compromises that will negatively impact the customer experience.
  • Team player and effective communicator. You will be working closely with a large team of developers, UI/UX designers and business owners; you will need to collaborate and communicate your ideas effectively if you are going to create the product you want.
  • Strategic thinker yet detail oriented. You don’t get lost in details and miss the forest for the trees, a successful Digital Bank will require understanding the bigger picture. However, ideas are worthless if you don’t execute. Grand ideas must be broken down into detailed parts to be developed and executed.
  • Takes ownership of and is passionate about the end-to-end product experience; even if it’s not part of your responsibility. All the customer is going to care about is how the product feels as a whole and you should too.
  • Self-motivated and takes initiative. You make sure things that needs doing gets done without being asked. Clear road blocks and get relevant people together to get things done.
  • Background in computer science, information systems, product management, product design, or user experience design is a plus.
