Description
Develop Robust and Easy-to-use Business Internet Banking User Experience to Grow Revenue and Banking Transactions through Customer Acquisition and Increased Interaction

Responsibilities
• Identify new trends in Business Internet Banking, business needs in SME (small and medium-sized enterprises) for improved User Experience and revenue opportunity. Evaluate risks, benefits opportunities to develop platform for the common benefit of team & organization
• Innovations to increase productivity and speed to market
• Collaborate with developers to create interface design that is robust, friendly and easy to use, yet jives with the other services and fits in within corporate branding
• Develop & improve end-to-end customer onboarding process & maintenance flow through specific and clear requirements
• Providing training to internal staff and supporting units to equip all stakeholders with adequate product & process knowledge

Requirements
Qualification
• Degree-holder

Relevant Experience
• 5 years of relevant work experience in payments, banking and/or financial institutions
• Knowledge of online banking and payment products, preferably in areas of business solutions and payments products for business users.
• Business development experience in banking products and services will be an advantage
