Product Business Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Assist and facilitate with inside sales of alternative product offerings to existing clients from our various sales channels (such as Trading Representatives)
• Assist with lead generation activities and sales qualification from time to time
• Assist internal and external clients via email and phone on general support queries on alternative products, services and systems
• Perform system walk through for the various products being offered
• Development of business and partnerships for our various products and services
• Assist with planning and execution of regular seminars and events
• Assist at events and seminars held at various venues as determined by the company
• Assist with production of weekly and monthly reports on leads, sales progress and results
• Keep and file records of clients’ complaints, feedbacks and system failures
• Monitor client retention and trading activities
• Maintain records of communication for client and inter-department queries and issues
• Point of contact for regional offices

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline
• 1-2 years of experience in sales
• Certifications in CMFAS M1A, M5, M6 and M6A will have an added advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team
