Procurement/ Purchasing Officer (Basic up $3500/ M&E/West)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the preparation and process of the purchase orders and monitoring delivery for materials purchase
• Coordinate and support all internal departments with quotations in terms of products and services
• Checking delivery order and matching to tax invoice
• Data entry into “Purchase & Sales System”- Quotation, Purchase Order, Purchase Invoice, Sales Order, Sales Invoice, Payment and Receipt Information
• Source, select and negotiate for best purchasing package with suppliers, sub-contractors and / or service providers

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years relevant working experience
• Candidate with experience in Construction(M&E) industry will be an added advantage
