Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Handle procurement and logistic activities
  • Responsible for sourcing, selection and negotiation with suppliers
  • Ensure quality and specifications are in compliance with the organization requirements & SOPs
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure best deals and in achieving competitive pricing 
  • Issuance of purchase order, order tracking and management 
  • Work closely with team members to improve purchasing procedures and gaps
  • Communicate and maintain good relationship with suppliers 
  • Prepare periodical reports and other duties assigned by superior 

Requirements: 

  • Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain/Business Managerment, with at least 2 years of relevant working experience 
  • Able to converse fluently in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
  • Possess analytical skills to generate basic reports on product quality based on analysis and feedbacks
  • Good interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders 
  • Possess some negotiation skills  to manage external stakeholders 
  • Dynamic individual and self-driven personality 
  • Able to muti-task and work in a fast paced environment
