Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement procurement procedures that are, aligned with company policies
  • Implement the company’s e-Procurement system
  • Preparing Purchase Orders, and other internal documents
  • Coordinating delivery and logistics to outlets
  • Liaise with Accounts, Operations, Outlets, Chefs and Supplier to ensure goods are received in satisfactory quality and quantity
  • Conduct evaluation on price increases and quality of suppliers’ products
  • Train and ensure employees practices proper goods receiving procedures
  • Establish good supplier relationships to facilitate the smooth procurement operations
  • Review and follow up with suppliers on all regulations
  • Demand monitoring and forecasting
  • Update outlets on product changes and information/specifications

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Accounts or Procurement-related courses
  • Have experience in procurement in the F&B Industry would have an advantage
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office
  • Detail-Oriented with strong organizational skills
  • At least one year of full-time working experience
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • High levels of initiative and resourcefulness
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Possess own laptop
