Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assistant in sales and administration process
  • Order processing. (e.g invoice, PO,DO, quotation, data entry etc)
  • Assist in sales and marketing trend computation and analysis
  • Support office general clerical, secretariat and administration job
  • Coordination and some other tasks assigned
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal parties to fulfill their purchase requisitions and sourcing requirements
  • Sourcing, obtaining ITQs and negotiations with vendors
  • Management of contracts and suppliers
  • Negotiation the prices from suppliers & comparing the pricing
  • Processing and management of purchase orders, delivery orders and invoices etc.
  • Provide prompt updates into the system and ensuring that proper documentation is in place.
  • Perform any other task, duties or projects as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum O’level/ITE/ Diploma in any field
  • 1 to 2 years of related working experience
  • Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, self-motivated, well-organized and independent
