- To involve in daily purchasing activities such as handling enquires, quotation, delivery order, liaising with suppliers.
- To upkeep and maintain purchasing department documents such as filing for easy retrieval.
- Any other duties as assigned by immediate superior and Management
- Min "O" Level or equivalent certificate
- Preferably 2 years’ experience in admin / purchasing.
- Conversant in MS Office is a must
- Self-motivated, hardworking and independent with positive attitude
- Able to start with short notice is an added advantage
Working days / hours: Mon to Fri: 8am to 5pm, Sat: 8am to 1pm (Alternate)
Working Area: West (Hillview Terrace, Bukit Batok Area)
