x 7 standby duties required.
Provide technical support to pre-sales and post-sales team.
To provide professional services including project management,
implementations, testing, migrations, and system documentation for
To provide periodic preventive maintenance on customers’ systems.
To offer technical advice to customers and follow up on trouble tickets until
a satisfactory solution is concluded.
To manage and monitor installed systems and infrastructure
To Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application
software and system management tools.
To proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure
Perform engineering support activities remotely or onsite.
Any other matters assigned by Senior Account Manager.
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related
1 - 2 years working experience
Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency.
Possess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and cope with
Fault Management and Performance Monitoring systems and software. Training will be provided
Networking & Wifi knowledge
Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and
Able to work flexible hours
