Job Description

An established organization is seeking candidates for the following position:

 

Planning Executive

 

Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate and prepare statistical and analytical reports for performance measurement and other management programmes
  • Assist to staff papers and prepare the necessary documentation for organizational development initiatives and projects
  • Be an active member of task groups to launch planning projects
  • Assist to co-ordinate planning tasks with line divisions and consolidate returns for central collation and evaluation by planning & policy division
  • Communicate with various stakeholders to guide them on the planning projects as per the direction of Head Planning & Policy
  • Identify, flag, and report gaps between achieved results and stipulated KPIs for follow-up action
  • Coordinate all external training programmes requested by line divisions
  • Coordinate overseas training, as and when such training is requested and approved
  • Track and record CTH hours for Senior Officers and External Courses coordinated by Planning & Policy Division
  • Assist the Head, Planning & Policy to schedule and perform internal conformance audits to ensure statutory and regulatory compliance
  • Assist in the research to staff APF proposal/review papers
  • Contribute to the formation and review of strategies
  • Manage and maintain Employee Development System (EDS) pertaining to training records
  • Coordinate, where appropriate and in consultation with Head, Planning & Policy, HR, and ATA, the delivery of internal staff training.

 

Requirements:

  • Min. Education Level: Diploma / Degree or equivalent
  • Good personality and attitude
  • Ability to analyze information and draw conclusions quickly
  • Ability to coordinate schedules between several parties
  • Good cognitive and organizational skills
  • High level of meticulousness
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge of document control and security
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
