Job Description

•  To understand, assist to manage and coordinate Annual Business Planning Activities. •  To support for Staff On Boarding/ Off Boarding Activities (Orientation, Company Asset Issuance) •  Headcount Management (Not limited to- Tracking of Headcount vs BP; Internal Performance Evaluation Planning and Execution; Training Framework) •  Asset Management (Process Improvement and Reinforcing Policies) •  Helping to ensure that activities run smoothly and efficiently to facilitate organization success with effective flow Communication. •  To support in optimizing workflow procedure in office and prepare correspondence memo. •  Office Facilities Improvement (Not limited to- User Guide Manuals; Meeting Room Standards) •  Travel Booking operations & Process Improvement & Execution & Reinforcement •  Administrative support including booking of travel and accommodation •  Provide support for ISM Compliance & Access control •  To support for any Company/ Planning Activities & Initiatives


Job Requirements

•  Minimum Diploma in Business Management / Business Administration or equivalent relevant qualifications •  At least 2 years of working experience in related field, preferably for a IT organization •  Candidates who have prior experience in an MNC experience have an added advantage •  Strong communication and change management skills and ability to interact and work with different parties. •  Is attentive to detail with good analytical capability and reasoning abilities •  Good work organization skills and able to manage operational processes and business activities •  Proficient in Microsoft Office. •  Is a great Team Player. •  Is Flexible with additional assignments
