Job Description:
- Prepare and manage class documentations as assigned including calling participants to complete required supporting documents
- Coordinate the planning works with other Planning Executives
- Receive, check and verify document submission from Trainers
- Implement new ideas as per the direction given by the Management
- Send SMS reminders to all respective parties in relation with class confirmation or postponement
- Send reports to the right parties every month or as per request by the management
- Check the completeness of information as prescribed in the class documentation checklist
- Check and update records in system
- Any other duties as per instructed and requested by the head of department

Qualification and Requirement:
- Minimum ‘A’ Level
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Possess excellent ability in tracking data as well as create working templates in Microsoft Excel
- Able to adjust to different roles in planning department as instructed by direct reporting supervisor
Other information:
- Must be able to commit at least 3 to 5 days in a week.
