Job Description

Job Description: 

  • Prepare and manage class documentations as assigned including calling participants to complete required supporting documents
  • Coordinate the planning works with other Planning Executives
  • Receive, check and verify document submission from Trainers
  • Implement new ideas as per the direction given by the Management
  • Send SMS reminders to all respective parties in relation with class confirmation or postponement
  • Send reports to the right parties every month or as per request by the management
  • Check the completeness of information as prescribed in the class documentation checklist
  • Check and update records in system
  • Any other duties as per instructed and requested by the head of department

Qualification and Requirement:

  • Minimum ‘A’ Level
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Possess excellent ability in tracking data as well as create working templates in Microsoft Excel
  • Able to adjust to different roles in planning department as instructed by direct reporting supervisor


Other information:

  • Must be able to commit at least 3 to 5 days in a week. 
  • Place of work: Paya Lebar and Tai Seng
