PLANNER - CONSTRUCTION ($3K - $4.5K/ 5 day)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare MEP project schedule and planning in accordance with the master schedule
• Manage progress of MEP work schedule against master schedule take action of delay recovery actions when necessary, in consultation with PM and PD.
• Updating progression of MEP at site and builder's works with as-built work programme and photographic records against master implementation programme
• Tracking and analysis of delay events or Extension of Time (EOT) claims
• Provide assistance for preparation EOT claims
• Preparation and update of weekly & monthly project progress

Requirement:

• Possess at least a Nitec, Diploma or Degree in Engineering
• Working experience with Primavera P6
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
