Job Description

• Trouble shoot and repair motherboards/mobile issues, including glass replacement for LCD for all major brands for Oppo mobile phones
• Operate test equipment and/or grading software system
• Perform cosmetic inspections

Provide technical and process support to customers
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Able to speak in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
• Min 1-2 years experience in navigating and resolving customer’s inquiry
• Passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience including comprehensive issue resolution
• Able to work as a team and fast-paced environment
• Positive work attitude with good communication skills
