We are urgently seeking for Pharmacist to join one of the renowned restructured hospitals in Singapore!

Perm - Inpatient / Outpatient / Oncology

Locum - Flexible hours, Attractive Remuneration,Inpatient / Outpatient.

• To advise patients and medical team in regards to medication / drugs interactions and contracindications
• Keeping controls over requisition and administration of all drugs
• To provide patient - pharmaceutical care services

 

Requirements

• Degree in Pharmacy
