PERSONAL ASSISTANT

You will provide professional secretarial and administrative support to our Chairman including scheduling of calendar of meetings and appointments. You need to be an excellent organizer with multi-tasking skills and be able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

 

Pre-requisites

  • Minimum GCE “A” level with 3 to 4 years’ relevant experience preferred.
  • Able to work independently with good knowledge in office administration.
  • Possess good communication skills with a proactive and friendly attitude.
  • Mature, independent, meticulous and well organized.
