PERSONAL ASSISTANT cum ADMIN
Salary up to $3000 (commensurate with working experience)
5 Day week
Mon - Fri 9-6pm
Assist Manager in general administrative duties and personal matters.
- Ensure all documentation and filling done in a proper matter.
- Submission of claims and monitoring budgets.
- Handling sensitive documents and other correspondence.
- Attend to incoming calls, client's enquiries and schedule appointments.
- Resolve administrative related issues when necessary.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.
- Minimum A levels / Diploma.
- Have working experience in administrative and customer service.
- Ability to converse in Mandarin with Chinese customers. (required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good time management and communication skills.
- Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent residents only.
