Job Description

 

Responsibilities

  • Providing full spectrum of secretarial support to Managing Director
  • Handling of travel arrangements and visa applications
  • Handling claims and bills for Managing Director
  • Develops and maintains Highly Confidential matters
  • Update and maintain Business Contacts database
  • Advise MD’s availability to facilitate scheduling of meetings
  • Coordinating of both internal and external appointments or meetings
  • Filing of documents
  • Other personal duties as assigned by the MD

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree holder
  • Welcome entry level candidates or 1-3 years of experience
  • Strong communication skills (written and spoken) in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
  • Possess a dynamic, committed attitude with a strong sense of initiative
