Job Description:

• Support the Director
• Provide support to the executive team to help the company achieve goals and objectives
• Assist the company in Data Analysis
• Manage professional and personal scheduling for the Director such as agendas, mail, email, calls, errands etc.
• Perform administrative and office support
• Assist in summarizing and compiling data into reports
• Assist the director to communicate and coordinate departments
• Coordinate with internal and external resources to expedite workflow
• Liaise with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required by management

Jon Requirement:

• A degree in Computer Science, IT and Business Analytics 
• Willing to travel overseas if needed
• Familiar with restaurant operations
