Job Description

  • Assisting Manager in daily secretarial operations
  • Handle daily office administrative duties
  • Maintain proper filing system
  • Assist in incoming calls, answering queries when necessary
  • Organize and schedule internal/external meetings and company function
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties

Requirement  : 

  • GCE ‘O’ Level / ‘A’ Level / NITEC / Diploma
  • (Fresh graduates and  part-timers are welcomed)
  • Good MS office skills (MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess a positive working attitude, with initiative
  • Able to work independently
  • Need to be a good organizer with multi-tasking skills
