Personal Assistant (Buona Vista | MNC)
- Schedule appointments, meetings, conference calls, facilities booking
- Arrange travel, accommodation and transport pick-up and ensure arrangement in place.
- Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Review of legal documents written in Mandarin and organize for MD approval.
- Organizing events and townhalls including creating appropriate presentations
- Translation of documents in Mandarin to English and act as interpreter as need for Joint Venture Board Meetings.
- Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Director.
- Diploma/Degree with min 5 years of relevant working experience
- Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin (requires to translate documents in Mandarin to English)
- Good communication, planning and organization skills
