Job Descriptions:


  • Uphold service standards by attending to customers enquiries through different channels (Eg. Investors Hub, Emails, Calls, etc)
  • Ensuring prompt turnaround for service requests and consistent quality of requests processed
  • Responsible for day to day customer service operations, including resolving queries from external and internal customers
  • Able to work independently and takes ownership of cases, including accurate and proper records management
  • Manage assigned projects to deliver change management, quality assurance and customer satisfaction
  • Support marketing activities such as promotions or new initiatives
  • Ensure full compliance to the laid down procedures and processes. 
  • Required to handle overseas market

Working Hours:


  • Monday - Friday - 8.5 hours shift, up to 1am or 2am 
  • May choose to work night shift - 4.30pm to 2am
  • Required to work on PH




  • up to $4000 
  • Shift allowance provided for night shift duties


Job Requirements:

  • Degree holders, preferably in Banking or Finance
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Customer Service, operational knowledge in Securities and stock market
  • Customer centric and service excellence mindset with good oral and written communication skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills with both internal and external customers
  • Strong ability to use Microsoft Office for presentations and analytics
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Meticulous and able to think critically to solve problems
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Good team player with commitment and initiative
