Job Description

 

  • Permanent
  • 5 Days work week (Rotating) 
  • Shuttle Bus Provided - Tanah Merah / City Hall / Hougang / Toa Payoh / Jurong MRT Startion
  • Up to $3,200 + AWS + Variable Bonus
  • with Fixed Shift Allowance $450 Monthly
  • Paid Training Provided

 

Responsibilities:

  • To handle enquiries (incoming calls) on banking products & services
  • To attend to customers' queries & complaints
  • To follow-up on any outstanding issues
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities
  • General administrative duties 

 

Employment Period:

  •  Permanent Position

 

Location:

  •  Must be prepared to work in either of the 2 CALL CENTRES – Jurong Toh Guan and Expo (Changi Business Park)
  • Shuttle busses will be provided in various MRT stations – pick up and drop off point
  • Jurong East MRT
  • City Hall MRT
  • Toa Payoh MRT
  • Hougang MRT
  • Tanah Merah MRT

 

Working Hours:

  •  5 Rotating Days (inclusive of Weekends and PH)
  •  Rotating Shift - (9hrs per shift including lunch break)
  •  2 Days Off / Week (could be weekday or weekend)
  •  No Overnight Shift
  •  Earliest Shift starts @ 7am
  •  Latest Shift starts @ 6pm
  • *Taxi reimbursement / Mileage claim provided during certain shift schedules

 

Salary:

  •  $2,100 - $3,200 (Depending on experience & Qualification)
  •  Plus $450 Fixed Monthly Shift Allowance
  •  Plus Variable Bonus
  •  Plus Annual Wage Salary
  •  Taxi reimbursement / Mileage claim provided during certain shift schedules***
  •  If shift ends at 10pm onwards

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree holders
  • Applicants must be willing to work/travel in both Expo & Jurong Area.
  • Candidates must be willing to work Shift Hours
  • Must be comfortable working in a call centre working environment
  • Fluent in English is a pre-requisite
  • Preferably junior executives specializing in Customer Service/Call Centre/Phone-Banking/ Hospitality and Banking or equivalent.
  • Paid Training on Banking products & services will be provided
