Perm Project Executive (Agile/Scrum/Web Solution) @ Kaki Bukit - Up to $4000 + Bonus

•    Up to $4000 + AWS + Project Bonus

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the relationship with clients and all stakeholders
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Assist the Project manager with minutes taking during meeting
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

 

Period:

• Permanant 

 

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday (9am to 6.15 pm)

• Friday (9am to 6 pm)

 

Location:

• Kaki Bukit

 

Salary: 

• Up to $4000 + AWS + Project Bonus

 

Requirements:

• Diploma, Degree or equivalent, in Digital Media, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
• With at least 1 year of experience
• Technology savvy and familiar with internet technologies and website operations
• Project Management related certifications would be advantageous
• Excellent service mindset with a strong understanding of customers' needs
• Possess Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation skills
• Meticulous with a strong attention to details
• Knowledge in  C# or PHP, CSS, CSS 3 , HTML, HTML 5,PHP, Jquery, Actionscript and AJAX is a plus
• Knowledge of website creation/maintenance tools
