Perm Operations Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth and efficient tanker operations for assigned portfolio of tankers
• Prepare monthly, yearly and any other periodical forecasts
• Review performance of the portfolio of assigned tankers on a monthly and yearly basis
• Provide Chartering with all vessel information when requested
• Oversee voyage planning for assigned portfolio of vessels
• Instruct and forward voyage instructions to vessels’ Master
• Monitor vessels’ performance and feedback to GM and Chartering staff
• Maintain close relationships with Charterers, Pool Manager, other vessel Operators, Brokers, Port agents and Ship Owners
• Responsible for coordination with vessels’ master and ship managers in the event of a marine incident and report to Management
• Ensure punctual billing and payment for income/expense related to assigned vessel’s operation.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma / Degree in Maritime or equivalent 
• At least 3 years relevant working experience in tanker operations with good understanding of charter party terms
