Job Description

Jobs Responsibilities

  • Liaising with customer on all issues relating to ongoing day to day region-wide business process and operational issues
  • Monitor and report Key performance indicators with customer to drive internal process implementation and future improvements across the operations
  • Ensure stations compliance to documented processes
  • Workflow analysis and development of new processes to provide better customer serviceor operational efficiencies
  • Troubleshoot and investigate root cause on service issues
  • Excel report generation/collection from System
  • Track and trace shipments
  • Managed day to day meetings and updates with internal and external Customers
  • End-to-end monitoring and follow-up of shipment status up to final delivery
  • Manage direct and In-stock hub deliveries to the data centers

 

Job Requirements

  • Min. 2-3 years of relevant experience in 3PL / Airfreight
