- Responsible for leading and inspiring an exceptional Learning & Development team to meet and surpass the needs of our customers.
- Supports and implement programs to drive 5-star service’ culture across call customer touchpoint channels i.e. contact centre, direct, social media, chatbots, etc..
- Delivers sales focused campaigns along with relevant monitoring and reporting working closely with the Sales, Service, QA and Claims teams.
- Lead by continually coaching and motivating your team in order to develop their coaching skills, sales and service skills and customer knowledge.
- Motivate and energise performance across the team by consistently recognising and rewarding excellent performance and drive a culture that celebrates success.
- Coach team leaders to ensure consistent approach in bringing our brand across to the customers.
- Develop and deliver a clear framework for learning, development objectives, monitor and improve performance for the contact centre.
- Review and suggest changes to any process that is negatively impacting sales and impacting conversion.
- Work with Service and QA teams to review complaints and implement changes at point of sale to improve performance.
