Job Description

Jobs Responsibilities

  • Ensure the enquiries and requests received through emails are responded within the expected turnaround time
  • Assess and manage appeals, feedbacks and general complaints received from emails.
  • Escalate higher level complaints to Managers and his/her immediate supervisors
  • Recommend new methods to improve operational effectiveness and customer experience
  • Guide junior staff members
  • Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks

 

Job Requirements

  • Min. Diploma
  • Certified in Insurance (M5, M9, CHI etc.) will be advantageous
  • Min. 3 years of relevant working experience with minimum 2 years as people manager
