• Perform full cycle of Recruitment (End to End)
• Recruitment process delivery such as sourcing and marketing for candidates
• Conduct screening of potential candidates
• Arrange and Conduct interviews with potential candidates
• Prepare candidate profile for submission to existing and prospective clients
• Manage expectations of potential candidates
• Involved in negotiating the salary package with the candidate
• Develop, liaison and maintain relationship with candidates, suppliers and clients
• Prepare candidates for interview and coordinate interviews between client and candidates
• Assist on-boarding of new staff
• Collaborates with Sales and Business Development Department to ensure proper understanding of client, capability to fulfil prospective job order and Handing Over Taking Over.
• Manage candidate database
• Diploma / Degree in any discipline
• At least 1-2 years of recruitment experience
• Good communication skills, positive mind-set, self-motivated
• People oriented
• Able to adhere to our organisation’s standard practices and work ethics
