Job Description

Jobs Responsibilities

  • Support GHRM to cascade Global mobility policies and procedures to RHRMs
  • Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations and relationships with external vendors
  • Capture and circulate best practices for the mobility life-cycle
  • Work with GHRM, Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Management Manager to maintain an up-to-date forecast of global mobility needs
  • Coordinate with GHRM and RHRMs/CHRMs to determine individual transferee packages and document in the mobility agreement
  • Work with Finance to track and report mobility related costs, and ensure the proper cross-charge of expenses for transfers
  • Support GHRM to cascade corporate-related activities (1. sustainability report, 2. compliance declaration by employees) to RHRMs
  • Support hands-on for 1. JSOX and 2. Personal Data Protection Compliance

 

Job Requirements

  • Min. Degree in HR
  • Min. 2-3 years of HR experience with a focus on international mobility
  • Strong in HRIS
  • Experience in global projects such as Global Sustainability, PDPA, Compliance, HRIS, etc.
