Job Description

  • Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm)
  • Up to $3800 + AWS + Incentives

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Converts sales forecast into supply need, plans and coordinates product allocation activity for each customer
  • Actively participates S&OP process to align all on sales forecast, financial plan and launch plan with regards to shipment/stocking process
  • Maintains distribution (export) record and monitor pending shipment
  • Ensures optimal stock availability by working closely with cross-functional team e.g. Account Manager, Customer Service Representative and Supplier
  • Analyses and resolves stock allocation issues in a timely fashion
  • Review and recommend improvement to current product distribution parameters
  • Partner with customers' supply chain department and internal Customer Service Representative to design and implement continuous improvement projects in ensuring a sustainable value chain
  • Ensure compliance with applicable Company HSE Performance Standards, applicable acts and regulations
  • Any other tasks assigned by Assistant Distribution Manager.

  • Transportation to and from office (Pick up Point: Boon Lay and Lakeside MRT)

  • Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm)

 

Salary:

  • Up to $3800 + AWS + Incentives

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma in Business, Operations Management or Supply Chain.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management
  • Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with China clients.
  • Arithmetical abilities, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyse, draw conclusions, and propose appropriate actions in response to data
  • Possess SAP system experience (SAP HANA experience would be an added advantage)
  • Able to work across functional areas and levels of the organization
  • Strong verbal and written communication: ability to simplify, synthesize and convince
  • Listens well to others, client-centric
