Job Description

Monday to Friday, office hr 


Job scope: 

• Daily routine activities and functions of markets assigned ensuring workflow consistency.
• Drawn up Sales and/or Purchase Contract and Addendum timely and ensure all
signed contracts are file accordingly.
• Update vessel position into shipping program at timely manner.
• Timely applications for voyage licenses 
• Follow up sales order based on preplanned sales tonnage
• Create purchase and sales order in SAP system 
• Daily communication with vendors, buyers and shipping line for cross‐trade
• Check and/or prepare shipping documentation 
• Negotiate Letter of Credit, Document Against Acceptance or Document Against
• Calculate laytime and settle demurrage claim with customers.
• Follow up of Account Receivable with buyers and Finance Department, arrange
account payable for expense related to tanker shipments.
• Ensure proper electronic filling for all communications.
• Attend to other adhoc duties as and when assigned.


Job requirement :
• At least Diploma/ Degree in Business, economy, Logistics, shipping, or Supply Chain.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Knowledge in handling shipping documents and incoterms is required.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft office.
