Job Description

- Permanent 
- Tanjong Pagar 
- Mondays to Thursdays: 8:45am to 5:45pm
- Fridays: 8:45am to 4:45pm
- Up to $2500 + AWS  + VB (depends on performance) 



  • Attend to customers’ enquiries and requests relating to products and services offered by the Direct Marketing Department
  • Escalate feedbacks from customers for appropriate action and resolution
  • Liaise with Call Centre on incomplete sales information and complaint cases
  • Perform Conservation Program as directed
  • Process applications, referral forms, issue policies, print and sent welcome packs.
  • Sorting of incoming and outgoing mails
  • Undertake any other directives or duties as directed

  • Mon – Thurs: 8.45am – 5.45am
  • Friday: 8.45am – 4.45pm



  • Up to $2500 + AWS + VB (depends on performance) 



  • Minimum 3 GCE “O” level credits including English
  • Preferably possess a Certificate in General Insurance and/or Health Insurance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service and office administration
