Perm Customer Service (Call center / $3000 - $4000) #SWA

Working hr: Monday to Friday, 830am - 615pm / Saturday: 830am - 2pm (OT payable)

 

 

Job scope: 

 

Answering customers enquiries, feedback, complaints and warranty claim via hotline & emails
Provide technical support for resolution of customer problems, incidents, issues, request and queries
Escalate issue and follow up.

 

Requirements: 

 

Prior Call Center / Service center experience 

Comfortable to liaise with customers over the phone
