Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate local deliveries
• Schedule tasks to be done in the lab, prioritising the urgent jobs
• Internal system data entry
• Co-ordinate between lab and admin side
• Pick and Pack dental products (e.g. retainers, moulds, etc.)

Location:

• Sin Ming Lane

Working hours:

• Monday - Friday (8.30am-5.30pm)

Salary:

• $1,800 - $2,000

Requirements:

• Min ‘O’ Level
• 1-2 years experience in admin and co-ordinating
• Team work
• Good interpersonal skill
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is a must to communicate with clients
• Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
• Strong in Mathematics
