Job Description

Jobs Responsibilities

  • Assist in management of inbound team to ensure that quality is not compromise and reports are timely
  • Reply to emails/letter enquiries within stipulated timeline
  • Compilation of weekly/monthly management reports
  • Attend to complaints cases (if any) before escalating to Service Quality Dept
  • Product updates to outbound team and Customer Service Team when there is a new launch
  • Ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures are met
  • Involve in User Acceptance Test as and when required
  • Assist in liaising with vendors when systems are down
  • Liaise with internal customers for operational issues (Claims/Finance/Customer Service/IT/Helpdesk,etc)

 

Job Requirements

  • Min. Diploma / Degree
  • Min. 4-5 years of customer service experience with at least 1 year of supervisory exposure 
  • Professional insurance certifications will be advantageous
